合成石墨片为卷材片料,每一片石墨原材料之间有3mm~5mm不等的间距,威士达推出了PLC智能识别、记忆拉料模切机,解决了行业间因石墨片间隙误差,导致石墨原材浪费的问题,提高了材料利用率。
Synthetic graphite flakes can be cassified into coiled materials and sheet materials. A spacing of 3mm-5mm is spared between raw graphite materials. HELIDA has launched its PLC Itelligent ldenfication and Memory Material Plling Die Cutting Machine to avoid any waste of raw graphite material resutted fromthe spacing error and enhance the stock utilization.

技术要求

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1、所有工序都为蚀刻模。
2、蚀刻模刀锋需锋利、无披锋、毛刺, 版面平整、不能厚薄不均匀。
3、蚀刻模具未注尺寸公差为±0.03mm,刀板尺寸除外。
4、蚀刻模高1.5mm,板厚0.5mm,总高度2.0mm,配6mm铝板,铝板需光滑平整。

1. All processes are etching molds.
2. The blade of the etching mold must be sharp, free of burrs, and flat, without uneven thickness.
3. The uninjected dimension tolerance of the etching mold is ±0.03mm, except for the blade size.
4. The height of the etching mold is 1.5mm, the thickness of the plate is 0.5mm, and the total height is 2.0mm. It is equipped with 6mm aluminum plate, which needs to be smooth and flat.
